Swim Class Levels

Baby Survival

This class focuses on water safety and survival fundamentals for infants and toddlers. Swimmers learn to float, hold their breath, and roll to their backs with guided support from the instructor. Classes emphasize comfort, safety, and trust in the water, preparing little ones for independent swimming in the future.

Intermediate (3+)

Designed for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and ready to learn proper technique. Students refine breathing, streamline position, and coordination for front crawl and backstroke. The focus is on building endurance, balance, and smooth, confident movement through the water.

Teen (13 to 17)

Geared toward older beginners and developing swimmers, this level combines water safety, endurance training, and stroke refinement in a supportive environment. Teens build confidence, efficiency, and strength while learning proper technique and developing a lifelong comfort in the water.

Beginner (3+)

Perfect for first-time swimmers or those still building confidence. This level focuses on basic water safety, floating, breath control, and kicking. Children learn to submerge, return to the wall, and move short distances independently, laying the foundation for future technique and confidence in the water.

Advanced (3+)

For swimmers with strong fundamental skills ready to develop efficiency and strength. Instruction covers all four competitive strokes, turns, and pacing. Swimmers improve endurance, body control, and advanced techniques for long-term skill and safety in any aquatic setting.h your visitors.
