Meet The Team
Our Story
Owner Alex Hausmann has been working as a swim instructor for some of the biggest swim schools in the country for nearly a decade, and his adventures soon led him to create his own. Driven by his passion for teaching youth and adults, Charlotte Swim Society is the fulfillment of his dream for the world - a place where we can share the joy of swimming safely.
In his time coaching at other swim schools, he worked alongside Elliott Kappers and saw the very same passion in his coaching. Joining forces in late 2025 has turned Charlotte Swim Society into a team and a family that is continuing to grow rapidly to this day, based purely on the joy of swimming.
